Message from the Representative
Why we run this operation from Japan
leno inc., which operates this service, did not start as an international medical transfer company. It started as a ground ambulance operation in Japan, shaped by hands-on field experience during major Japanese disaster response — where getting a patient safely from one bedside to the next, under pressure and without improvisation, was the only acceptable outcome.
That heritage is the reason we built the current cross-border capability. Overseas insurers, assistance companies, and peer aeromedical operators handling a Japan-involved case need a single team that can talk to Japanese hospitals directly, move a patient by air or by ground, and settle the Japanese medical bill in-country — without handing the case off three times.
Our mission is narrow and we prefer to keep it that way: make international patient transfer into and out of Japan safe, efficient, and something our overseas partners can entrust to us without hesitation.
